Groovy guy

I made this lovely little fella for my friend who loves the edf energy mascot. I made him out of double knitting yarn on 4 double pointed needles. He's quite simple up until the top of his head where you end up knitting a tiny i cord for his quiff. His face is made of felt and stitched with tiny stitches onto his head. From the reaction I got when I gave him to my friend I think she liked him!

    I've just made a second one of these fellas for another friend who saw the first one and had to have one! Think I did it in record time, I only started him this morning, and he was done by tea time! I'm really pleased that the pattern I wrote whilst making the first was accurate- now I just have to type it up! Hurrah!
